Kim is the Primary Partner for The Barber Group. She possess over 20 consecutive years experience in Real Estate, Business Ownership, Management, Sales and Consulting in our local Northern VA Market. This depth and years of experience brings professionalism and skills to the real estate market for all our clients. Kim works very hard to make sure their clients have the best possible real estate service they need both before, during, and after their real estate transaction.

Malorie joined out Team as our Office Manager. She comes with over 6 years experience in the real estate and lending industry. Malorie makes sure all our client activities are smooth including listings, closings, accounting and much more !
Derek Carpenter. Agent Licensed in VA and MD.
Derek joined our team as our MD and DC seller and buyer specialist. Derek comes with many years experience and helps our buyers find just the right homes in these areas. Derek helps our clients that like to focus their searching on the weekends. Derek grew up in the MD / DC area and then moved to VA, so he covers all these areas with ease.
Lemlem Embaie. Agent Licensed in VA, MD and DC.
Lemlem joined our team as one of our DC listing and buyer agents. She has over 12 years experience with real estate and holds a broker's license.
Christine Zubal. Pre-Listing Assistant.
Christine joined our Team full time and attends college. She is studying business and is learning the ropes of management and real estate. She primarily helps our office with customer marketing and REO work such as inspections and vendor coordination.
